Terms of Use — Venting with Omnia

Last Updated: October 9, 2026

1. Using Venting with Omnia

Venting with Omnia is operated by Adam Archuleta. These terms are an agreement between you and Adam Archuleta.

These terms govern your use of Venting with Omnia and its supporting services (“we,” “us,” or “the app”). By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. Apple’s applicable App Store and purchase terms also apply to downloads and purchases through Apple. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. If you are a minor, you must have permission from a parent or guardian as required by local law. No app account is required. Voice conversations require a compatible device, an internet connection, microphone permission, and agreement to the in-app AI processing disclosure.

2. An AI companion, not professional care

Omnia is an AI companion powered by OpenAI, not a person, therapist, medical provider, or emergency service. Responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Do not rely on them as medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice, or for decisions requiring professional judgment.

Conversations are not monitored by a person for emergencies, and the app cannot guarantee help in a crisis. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service. Do not delay seeking professional care because of something Omnia says.

3. Voice processing and privacy

Your voice and conversation content are processed by OpenAI so Omnia can listen and respond. Our hosted voice service relays the conversation between your device and OpenAI. We ask for your agreement before your first conversation, separately from iOS microphone permission.

We don’t save conversation audio or transcripts. We do retain subscription, preview, usage, and technical records to operate the service. OpenAI may retain information under its own applicable data controls, so ending a call does not mean all information is immediately deleted by every provider. Read our Privacy Policy for the details.

Only share information you are entitled to provide. Do not record or transmit another person’s private conversation without the permissions required by law. You retain any rights you have in the content you provide; you authorize its processing as necessary to provide the conversation you request. AI responses may not be unique and are not guaranteed to qualify for exclusive intellectual-property rights.

4. The 30-second preview

The app offers a first-use, one-time 30-second conversation preview before requiring a subscription. The preview is separate from an App Store free trial and does not use the subscription’s 100 monthly voice minutes. It does not start billing or automatically enroll you in a subscription.

Preview time is tracked by our service using an installation credential. Relaunching the app does not refill it, and the credential may survive reinstalling the app. When the preview is used up, a subscription is required to continue. Availability is subject to technical and abuse-prevention limits.

5. Subscription plans and prices

There is no ongoing free voice tier. Monthly and yearly subscriptions provide the same monthly voice allowance. A monthly plan is billed each month; a yearly plan is billed for the year in advance and still provides a new allowance each month, not unlimited usage.

The app and Apple’s purchase confirmation show the price, currency, billing period, and any available introductory offer. Taxes may apply. Review Apple’s confirmation before purchasing; the applicable purchase terms shown there control your payment. Any yearly savings comparison in the app compares the yearly price with 12 payments at the displayed monthly price, not an additional cash payment or refund.

6. The 3-day free trial

A 3-day introductory free trial may be available to eligible subscribers. Apple determines eligibility, including whether you have previously used an introductory offer in the subscription group. It is not available to every returning subscriber and is offered only when shown as available for your purchase.

The trial begins when you accept the subscription purchase through Apple. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it automatically converts to the selected paid subscription at the price and billing period shown at purchase. If you are not eligible for a trial, billing begins at purchase. Apple’s confirmation and subscription settings show the applicable dates.

The trial includes the subscription’s voice allowance. Moving from the trial into the paid subscription does not reset your minutes or grant another 100 minutes. The 30-second preview remains separate.

7. How voice minutes work

Our service calculates and reconciles usage. Network interruptions can delay the balance displayed on your device. Refresh your balance or contact us if you believe it is incorrect. Individual session-length, connection, and safety limits may also apply even when minutes remain.

8. Renewal, cancellation, refunds, and restoration

Apple processes payments through your Apple Account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge for renewal within the 24 hours before the end of the period. We receive purchase and subscription information to verify access, but not your full payment-card details or Apple Account password.

Manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s Settings under your Apple Account and Subscriptions. See Apple’s cancellation instructions. Deleting the app, stopping conversations, or contacting us does not cancel the subscription.

After cancellation, access follows the subscription status and expiration date provided by Apple. A canceled paid subscription normally remains available through the paid period; trial cancellation, refunds, or revocation may end access sooner under Apple’s terms. Access during a billing grace period is subject to Apple’s verified eligibility.

Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. See Apple’s refund instructions. Refund eligibility depends on Apple’s rules and applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory refund or consumer rights.

Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account that made the purchase to recover eligible access. Restoration does not restart an expired subscription, create a new free trial, or reset used minutes. TestFlight and other test purchases follow Apple’s separate testing environment and are not proof of an active production purchase.

9. Responsible use and app rights

You may use the app for lawful personal use in accordance with these terms. We retain our rights in the app, its design, and other materials we provide, subject to any applicable third-party licenses. You may not resell access or copy and distribute the app’s protected materials without authorization.

Do not misuse the service, harass or harm others, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, bypass purchase verification or usage limits, automate repeated previews, or disrupt connections. Do not reverse engineer the app except to the extent applicable law permits it despite this restriction.

10. Availability and restrictions

Conversations depend on your device, network, Apple’s services, OpenAI, and our hosting service. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, particular responses, or that every connection will succeed. Maintenance, capacity limits, updates, and third-party outages may interrupt the service. A retry may begin a new conversation rather than recover the previous one.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, unlawful activity, or a legal requirement. Where practicable and permitted, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contact us. Such restrictions do not automatically cancel Apple billing; manage the subscription through Apple and contact us or Apple about any applicable remedy.

11. Warranties, liability, and your legal rights

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee that it will be error-free or meet every expectation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the app.

These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, gross negligence, or personal injury, or limit mandatory consumer protections. If your local law provides guarantees or remedies that cannot be waived, those rights still apply. These terms do not require you to give up such rights.

12. Stopping use and changes

You may stop using the app at any time. Since there is no app account, there is no in-app account-deletion process. To request deletion of information we retain, contact us as described in the Privacy Policy. Handle subscription cancellation separately through Apple.

We may update the service or these terms. We will update the date above and provide notice of material changes when required. Changes to prices or paid benefits are subject to applicable law and Apple’s notification or consent requirements; these terms do not authorize retroactive changes to a purchase or removal of mandatory rights. If you do not accept updated terms, stop using the service and manage cancellation through Apple.
